  I work for a large competing bank and bank in 7 different placaes. There was a line of 9 people and only 1 teller available. You need a strategy to accommodate for rush hour. This branch is inferior in efficiency in every way possible. Customer service doesn't mean just asking me about my day. It means doing your job efficiently. I don't care how nice the teller is if you made me 20 Mins late for work
