  Unprofessional, inconsiderate and discourteous… That’s all. As a current member of a similar gym, I was seeking to further progress through my fitness journey with variable workouts, such as those “seemingly” offered at Peak Power Fitness. I never found out. I purchased the Groupon and followed the instructions. Annoyance #1: The instructions are incorrect and lead you to a page that asks you to spend more money. Annoyance #2: I called, at least 10 times, over the course of an 8 day period and left voicemails. I never received a response via any method of communication. Thus, I decided to just show up to an outdoor bootcamp. Annoyance #3: No one was there. I wondered around Broncos Stadium for a half an hour and asked bootcamp groups if they were there for Peak Power. They weren’t. Maybe the owner and staff at this location has become complacent with their current clientele and have no desire for new customers. However, business acumen is evident when you have the courtesy to respond to inquiries. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
