  I worked with Daniel in service department and he was very demeaning and talked down to me like I was a young child. I was confused and ask for clarification and instead was nearly yelled at. I understand I don't know much at all about cars, which is why I go to a mechanic, but I am not an idiot. I will not have my car serviced here and would rather go to the Kia dealer in the springs where I know I won't be treated like I am below them. I would rather work with those who will take their time to explain things to me rather than get frustrated I don't understand the first time.
