  Interviewing with this company is a complete waste of time. Kellen Porter the leader of this office had me drive out for a second interview at his office, but he emails me one minute before the interview time that he's not feeling well and wants to reschedule to tomorrow. You couldn't tell me this before I drove an hour across town to meet you at your office, in the snow? Kellen shows complete disregard for others and their time.
