    Great gym/instructors, poor cancellation policy.
    I made it very clear I was in a transition phase with work when I signed up...Was assured it wouldn't be an issue and they'd work with me.
    Week after signing up my job relocated me to a new location.
    Called to cancel my membership...Ended up paying $260 for a single day of training and told their "hands were tied" concerning any refunds.
    Was hoping they'd be more understanding, very disappointed how this was handled.
